Directions:   For best results, apply to freshly cleansed skin.  Use sparingly near elbows, knees, ankles and hairline.  Wash hands IMMEDIATELY with soap and water after application.  Avoid contact with clothing for 15 minutes.  Wait one hour before swimming, exercise or bathing.  Full color will develop within 24 hours and lasts up to six days.

For Maximum Results:  Do not bathe, shower or exercise for 8 hours after application.  Avoid chlorinated swimming pools at least 18 hours.  You tan will deepen over the next few hours and fade gradually.  Far skinned individuals may require 2 applications one day apart.
