Directions:   For best results, apply to freshly cleansed skin.  Use sparingly near elbows, knees, ankles and hairline.  Wash hands IMMEDIATELY with soap and water after application.  Avoid contact with clothing for 15 minutes.  Wait four hour before exercise or bathing and 24 hours before swimming/using spas.  Instant bronzers will wash off, but full color will develop within 24 hours and lasts up to six days.
 

For Maximum Results:  Do not bathe, shower or exercise for 8 hours after application.  Avoid chlorinated swimming pools at least 18 hours.  You tan will deepen over the next few hours and fade gradually.  Far skinned individuals may require 2 applications one day apart.
